Our items are fragile and cannot be shipped back and forth. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and quantity prior to placing your order because we do not allow returns or exchanges. Please contact us for product assistance, questions or inquiries.

Damages and Defective Products

When you receive your order from the mail carrier we ask you to look at these guidelines:

IS THE BOX OR PACKAGE DAMAGED?

Please contact the mail carrier customer service right away and file a damage claim. You have 24 hours to report damages and/or discrepancies. After 24 hours you will not receive a refund, replacement or exchange.

IS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED FROM SHIPMENT?

Please contact the mail carrier customer service within 24 hours of delivery and file a damage claim. You should then contact us.

IS YOUR ITEM NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR MALFUNCTIONING?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you wait longer than 24 hours we CANNOT refund, exchange or replace. We have a 24% Restocking Fee on any returned item. Custom Items / Printing are NON-RETURNABLE
