- 100-120dpi at full output size
- Use CMYK colors
- Do not embed color profile
- Use layered files
- High resolution photos and stock photos in .jpg, tiff and png
- UV Printer can print from edge to edge safely on certain products
ARTWORK
- Adobe Illustrator
- Must convert all fonts and artwork to outlines
- Embed all images
- Adobe Photoshop
- Rasterize all fonts
- File color must be CMYK
PRODUCTION PROCESS
- All artwork should be submitted along with your order number on the same day of purchase
- Please allow up to 48 hours for our printing department to review your artwork submission. We will contact you if your artwork file does not meet all of our requirements
- If any corrections are required, then we'll do our best to make those corrections, however, we will contact you prior and strongly suggest you make the corrections yourself and then resubmit the file
- Printing production will only start after the proff has been approved
PROOF
- We will email you a proof after the file is approved by our printing department.
- We will only start production after proof has been approved by the customer
- You will receive a tracking number when the product is packed and ready to ship
