IS THE BOX OR PACKAGE DAMAGED?
- Please contact the mail carrier customer service right away and file a damage claim. You have 24 hours to report damages and/or discrepancies. After 24 hours you will not receive a refund, replacement or exchange.
IS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED FROM SHIPMENT?
- Please contact the mail carrier customer service within 24 hours of delivery and file a damage claim.
IS YOUR ITEM NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR MALFUNCTIONING?
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you wait longer than 24 hours we CANNOT refund, exchange or replace. We have a 24% Restocking Fee on any returned item. Custom Items / Printing are NON-RETURNABLE
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - CUSTOMIZED ITEMS - PRINTED ITEMS
- We cannot accept returns for any custom products.
- Custom orders and Cut To Size orders take longer than 24 hours.
- Specialty orders that are extra long may take 2 - 6 weeks.
- If you need it by a certain date, please ask for ETA prior to placing the order
- Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or changed.
