We ship products in the Continental US only. We offer free Ground Shipping in the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We currently DO NOT offer any shipping to post office boxes, APO's or FPO's. For International deliveries - Please contact us.
Yes! Source One Displays will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Your shipment will include a tracking number and the according details and link to the shipping couriers.

When a delivery attempt is made and you're not home, the shipping carrier will leave a note indicating a delivery attempt was made and he/she will try again tomorrow. They might also give you instructions to have you call and schedule a delivery for the next day or have you pickup the package at your local shipping hub.
Please contact the mail carrier customer service right away and file a damage claim. You have 24 hours to report damages and/or discrepancies. After 24 hours you will not receive a refund, replacement or exchange.
